This course will enable you to engage in successful negotiation meetings - which means meetings that lead to a positive outcome for everyone involved. Throughout the course you’ll be able to explore, understand and demonstrate skills and behaviours that bring about collaborative working. 

Specific areas of focus include:

  • Identifying and implementing the key factors that aid a productive negotiation
  • Developing the positive behaviours that engender a 'one team' attitude for when you are working on collaborative projects
  • Effectively managing different types of behaviour in order to achieve a positive outcome
  • Putting guidance around collaborative working into practice, building confidence and consolidating the skills acquired
