In 2013/14, the total number of working days lost to stress, depression and anxiety was 11.3 million

5th Wall’s Personal Resilience Training enables you to respond positively to the pressures and demands put upon you and your team. In this way, this fun and interactive course helps you to manage everyday challenges and stresses at work.

Specific areas of focus include:

  • Maintaining resilience during ongoing organisational change: how to maintain focus and motivation during such periods, through developing adaptability and positive approaches to change
  • Building awareness of attitudes and habits, such as maintaining wellbeing, that increase companies’ effectiveness by improving individual resilience
  • Remaining realistically optimistic and assertive when under pressure or during periods of uncertainty
  • Preparing a personal plan to build and maintain a strong sense of resilience both in and out of the workplace
